James L. Wilder

Mr. Wilder joined Housatonic Partners in 2001. Prior to that, he was an Associate with The Beacon Group, a private equity firm acquired by JP Morgan Chase in 2000. While at Beacon, he focused on leveraged buyout investments in the energy and telecommunications sectors. Previously, Mr. Wilder worked in the Media and Telecommunications group at Lehman Brothers where he was involved with Mergers and Acquisition transactions for wireless services companies.

Mr. Wilder is a graduate of Princeton University and the Harvard Business School. He is a Director of Aircraft Fasteners International, LLC; HealthWyse, LLC; HemaSource, Inc.; Lincoln Peak Holdings, LLC; OnRamp Access, LLC; TLC of VA Holdings; and Wind River Environmental, LLC. He also serves on the non-profit Boards of The Boston Association for Corporate Growth and New Directions for Women.
