Frank Slattery, Jr.

Director, President and CEO of LFC Financial Corporation from 1969 through 1994.  He graduated from Princeton University in 1959 and the University of  Pennsylvania Law School in 1964.  Mr. Slattery is Chairman of the Board for GelMed, Inc., Probaris Technologies, Inc., Knite, Inc., NanoSelect, Inc. and MinusNine, Inc., all private companies.  He is an investor and in some cases a director of some twenty private companies. 

He is a Trustee for the Jefferson Health System, a not for profit company in healthcare delivery.
