  1. We want to invest in 1 good businesses with great people and culture. The last thing we want to do is change something that is working. Our focus is to build on the entrepreneur's legacy, not change it.

  2. Our capital comes from our founder and a group of individual families that have invested in partnership for over 20 years. This allows us to invest without a predetermined investment holding period - we're not looking to flip a company, but rather build a company over decades not years.
  3. After the investment, Peter will relocate to the company and spend 100% of his time working alongside the existing management team as the CEO.
